OurDream AI is an adults-only image, video and chat platform run by Dream Studio USA, Inc.
If you came for pictures and short video of a character that looks the same from one render to the next, OurDream AI is the tool to start with. The builder lets you set face, body, hair and outfit before you generate anything, and that upfront work is what keeps a set of images feeling like one person. Few tools in this category publish what each action costs; OurDream does, which makes it possible to plan a month instead of guessing.
The catch is video. At 100 coins per 5 seconds, Premium’s 1,000 monthly coins buy ten short clips and nothing else. People who mostly want chat get good value (subscribers do not pay coins for standard messages); people who want a clip every night will need Deluxe or coin packs. Refunds stop once a quarter of a purchase is used, and the Trustpilot profile has been removed, so there is no large public review base to lean on. Pay monthly first, then go yearly if you are still generating after three weeks.

What OurDream AI is, and who runs it
OurDream AI is a web platform for adults where you create a character, chat with her, and generate images and short videos of her. It is operated by Dream Studio USA, Inc., a US company, and its upgrade page claims more than 50 million users (an operator figure we cannot check). Characters can be photoreal or anime; you can also start from community characters.
On this site it is the main pick for images and video, and it is a partner: a subscription through our links can earn us a commission. That does not change the price, and it does not remove the flaws listed here.
Image quality and the character builder
The builder is where OurDream earns its place. You set the face, body type, hair, outfit and personality before you open a chat, and the look is saved. Every image request then starts from that person, which is why OurDream sets hold together better than prompt-only generators, where each render reinvents the face.
In practice: an image in chat costs 5 coins, the standalone generator gives two images for 10 coins, and edits cost 10 to 20 coins depending on the model (help center, September 30, 2026). Video: what a clip really costs
Video is OurDream’s showcase and its trap. A standard clip costs 100 coins per 5 seconds, up to 60 seconds (1,200 coins); Ultra Quality costs 200 coins per video; adding sound costs 20 coins per second; extending a clip by 5 seconds adds half the original cost again. On Premium’s 1,000 coins, that is ten 5-second clips, or one 30-second clip plus a handful of images.
If you plan to make several clips a week, Deluxe is cheaper than Premium plus packs: $29.99 a month billed yearly for 5,000 coins, against $11.99 per extra 1,000 coins. Short clips also simply look better: compare per-second costs across tools on our video generator page.
Chat and memory
Subscribers get unlimited standard messages; only the “Genius” models cost 1 coin per reply. Free accounts pay 1 coin per message, so the sign-up bonus goes quickly. OurDream promotes persistent memory and Deluxe advertises three times the chat memory, but no measurable recall figure is published. Test it: mention one detail, change the subject, and ask about it the next day.
Is OurDream AI safe?
Safe in the sense of a real company with published terms: yes. Private in an absolute sense: no service is. What we found:
- Who you pay: Dream Studio USA, Inc., in US dollars.
- Data: according to the creator’s reading of the privacy policy, account, payment, age-verification, chat, image and character data can be processed; the policy describes encryption in transit and at rest and says chats are not sold. Analytics and advertising partners are mentioned.
- Refunds: none once more than 25% of a purchase is used; crypto payments are non-refundable.
- Cancelling: from your profile settings; access runs to the end of the paid period, and your creations can be blurred afterwards. Download what you want to keep.
Use a separate email, avoid real names in chat, and switch auto-renewal off the day you pay if one month is enough.
Who OurDream AI is for
A good fit if you want a consistent character in photoreal or anime stills, with the occasional short clip, and you like knowing what each action costs. Skip it if you want lots of video on a small budget (look at Swipey AI’s flat plan), prompt-level control with poses and negative prompts (Promptchan), or a free plan you can live on (SpicyChat, for chat).
